Suev Merchandise - Return & Exchange Policy

At Suev, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Merchandise, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returns: You may initiate a return for Merchandise within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the Merchandise meets the criteria outlined in Section 2.

1.2 Exchanges: Exchanges are available for Merchandise within 30 days of the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in Section 2.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Merchandise must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Unworn and Unused: The Merchandise must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective Merchandise, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.

2.3 Keep in mind that exchanges are on a first come first serve basis, due to limited stock. If we are unable to exchange your item, a refund will be provided to the payment method used during purchase (minus shipping costs).

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt. These items include:

  • Personalized or Customized Merchandise: Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

4.2 Pack Your Merchandise: Carefully pack the Merchandise in its original packaging or a secure package to prevent damage during transit.

4.3 Return Address: Ship the Merchandise to the return address provided.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Process

5.1 Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Merchandise, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs. Refunds may take 10-14 business days to reflect in your account.

5.2 Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned Merchandise. You will be responsible for any price difference, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

6.1 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt.

6.2 Exchange Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.
